Our CNC department utilizes Daewoo Brand machines. These machines along with the Gage Maker Mic- Trac Measurement System enables us to hold tight tolerances and insure our customers a good quality product. We also offer turn-key solutions; an example of this is our ATBD Valve. This is an anti-two blocking device used for our cranes. We manufacture, assemble, and pressure test these devices for our customers. Give us an opportunity to do the same for your business.
Our manual department offers six manual lathes and two manual mills for your service. We have manual machines ranging from 2" thru spindles to double chuck machines with 7" thru spindles for your larger part needs. Whether its building small quantity parts, repairing old parts, or modifying existing parts, our machinists can do the job. With decades of experience, our employees have seen it all. Whether it is crane pine, sheaves, bushings, boat shafts, oilfield tools, valve parts, flanges, nipples, or any other specialty part or tool, our machinists have the know how to get you back working. We also have 24 hour service at your disposal.
We also offer a range of additional services, including Drill Press operations, Automatic Saws for efficient cutting, Bead Blasting for surface preparation, and precise Carbide Grinding for high-performance results.
